Cancellation & Refund Terms
Cancellations Made 15 Days or More Before Check-in Date
- A full refund will be issued.
- No cancellation charges apply.
- Refunds will be processed within 1 business days to the original payment method.
Cancellations Made Within 15 Days of Check-in Date
- 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be processed within 1 business days to the original payment method.
No Show Policy
- In case of a “No Show” (failure to check in without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
